Jury duty

  1. Everyone · As it comes up · Paid up to $50 a day, 3 days

The plan

Optional, like "Crew vacation". Needed when the kind is “Something else”.
Tick each group the plan covers. A group can have its own plan of the same kind: the crews' vacation apart from the office's.
One bank for rest and for being sick. It counts as sick leave where a state requires it, if it gives as much.
Unpaid leave still keeps the job: jury duty and military service, wherever you are.
Anything about the plan the questions above don't say.

Hours worked. 30 gives about 69 hours a year to a full-time person.
Optional. Once someone uses this much in a year, the rest waits for the next.
Optional. What a full-time person takes in an ordinary year: it counts in the paid year and the crew hour.
Optional. From so many years of service on, so much a year, in the unit above.
Optional. Time can build up from day one even if it can't be used yet.
Tick each group the plan covers. A group can have its own plan of the same kind: the crews' vacation apart from the office's.
