Good to know
One line per place Your headquarters and every office and yard is listed. Open one to change what it costs.
Home office? Choose no cost, then put whatever you do pay, like the extra internet line, in the utilities.
Own it outright? There is still property tax and insurance. Both go in here.
Rent it from yourself? Pick “We rent it from a company we own”, then say what a stranger would pay. The page shows the difference, and you choose which one your jobs are priced on.
The lease Enter when it ends and how the rent climbs. You are reminded six, three and one month before the end, and the year ahead already carries the next increase.
A yearly bill Water, trash, lawn, snow and pest control can be switched to a yearly figure. Anywhere else, type a sum like 2,880/12 and the page works it out.
The landlord pays it Say In the rent, not No cost. Both count as zero here, but the next person can see why.
What goes on which page Here: what a place costs to occupy, its internet and desk phones included. Cell phones and tablets, liability insurance, software and licenses are lines under Everything else .
Association dues An HOA on a home office, a business owners' association, or a business park's common-area fees when they are billed apart from the rent.
Upkeep, one bill at a time Cleaning, repairs, lawn care, snow removal and the exterminator each have their own field. The summary adds them up as Upkeep and opens to show what each one costs, and where.
Anything else Whatever is left that has no field. The field shows examples of what belongs there.
Blank is not zero A blank means nobody has said, and the year leaves it out. No cost means you have said, and it counts as zero. The page keeps the two apart.
Most places pay only some On a place's page, fill in the bills it has, then one press answers No cost for everything left.
