100+ businesses.
One hard-earned education.

From reception to executive leadership, I saw how unclear systems wear people down. Today, I help roofing businesses make the work clearer and the day easier.

The road to Roofometry™

I grew from reception to executive leadership, helping the PEO through an M&A transaction along the way. My approach was OREO: Observe, Report, Engineer, Optimize. Understand the work, make problems clear, and keep improving. Today, I bring that same approach to roofing businesses, helping teams turn scattered processes into a clearer working day.

  1. Routine work

    Observe repeat tasks.
    Engineer a simpler routine.

  2. Technology

    Report tool friction.
    Engineer a better fit.

  3. Human resources

    Observe what people need.
    Optimize their experience.

  4. Management

    Report handoff gaps.
    Engineer clear ownership.

  5. Leadership

    Observe the whole business.
    Optimize what matters.

A few stories from the work

01 / Finding a way forward

“Do it, buddy!”

Early in my career, my managers gave me something powerful: permission to try. “Do it, buddy!” meant I could question old habits and build something beautiful. “That's the way it's always been done” can kill a good idea before it starts. Their trust taught me to look for a better way, then do the work to create it.

In your corner

Your crew may already know a better way to handle job photos, material orders, or the morning handoff. Let's give those ideas room to work.

02 / Keeping a steady head

When the room got loud.

When disagreements between our leaders turned into yelling, I helped bring the conversation back to the problem. That lesson matters in roofing too: the office has one schedule, the crew has another, and the customer is waiting. Blame won't fix the handoff. Listening and a clear next step can.

In your corner

When a delivery slips or a job changes, your office and crew need the same update, a clear owner, and a plan everyone understands.

03 / Seeing the person behind the business

Owners carry a lot.

Working with business owners taught me that the pressure doesn't stop when the office closes. For a roofing owner, tomorrow's weather, Friday's payroll, and a customer's callback can all follow you home. I want to help untangle the work behind that pressure so more of your evening belongs to you.

In your corner

Start with the calls that always come to you. Give your team the information and responsibility to handle more of them without pulling you back in.

04 / Understanding people

Give good people reasons to stay.

At the PEO, I helped improve staff retention through sincere praise, compassion, and meaningful celebrations. Good people need to feel that their work matters. On a roofing team, that means noticing the careful cleanup, the well-planned delivery, and the office person who kept the customer informed, not just the jobs that went wrong.

In your corner

Recognize the work you want repeated. Clear expectations and specific appreciation give your crew and office more reasons to stay.

05 / Making the day easier

Clarity changes the mood.

My years in IT and HR taught me how quickly confusion wears people down. In roofing, a missing measurement, an old scope, or photos buried in someone's phone can hold up the next person. A useful tool puts the right information where the team can find it and makes the next step clear.

In your corner

Start with one shared job record: the current scope, photos, materials, and who's doing what next. Less chasing. More roofing.

Why this matters to me

People are
the whole
point.

I used to measure success mostly in money. Now I think about the owner taking work home, the office trying to keep up, and the crew waiting for an answer.

Roofometry™ is where my love of technology meets the work I care about most: helping people have a better day.

This is personal. It's why I keep building.

A better day. For everyone.

Owners deserve time.

For the owner

Time to be off the clock.

You've sacrificed your family, your health, and your time. It's time the business gave something back.

My commitment

You don't have to carry it all.

I'll help you get work out of your head and into clear handoffs, so every decision doesn't have to find its way back to you.

Offices deserve clarity.

For the office

A little breathing room.

Your to-do list should not be everyone else's follow-ups. Clear answers, shared updates, fewer things to chase.

My commitment

Clarity is a kindness.

I'll help give your office structure people can actually use: a shared record, a clear next step, and tools that stop making the same work twice.

Crews deserve answers.

For the crew

Respect. Period.

You do a thousand things right. But when one thing goes wrong, which one gets talked about?

My commitment

People deserve to be understood.

I'll help leaders listen, recognize good work, and make expectations clear. People do better when they're supported, not left guessing or feeling invisible.

That's the work I want to put my name on.Jordan Manntz · Roofometry™
